Rutgers–Newark will no longer require submission of SAT and ACT standardized test scores for students applying for spring 2022 and beyond. Please view the few exceptions to this policy at admissions.rutgers.edu/test-optional-faqs. Please note that the SAT/ACT scores ARE required for students applying to the 7-year BA/MD Rutgers-Newark program.

Rutgers Student Veteran Organization (RSVO):
The Rutgers Student Veterans Organization is a student-run advocacy group comprised of student veterans and supporters based out of Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. RSVO's mission is to provide a smooth transition for veterans entering Rutgers-Newark, memorable veteran-related programming and exhibitions that are designed to enrich the college experience of the Rutgers-Newark community, and to be actively engaged in community service projects that assist veterans.
